St. Jerome ... and so much more

Gotta hankering to do research on Jerome, translator of the Latin Vulgate?

There is a wealth of information on the internet about Jerome and others from the fourth century. And one of the quickest ways to access that information is by utilizing the links on the website, Fourth-Century Christianity.

The visually-attractive site --- rich with info, as well as, the links --- was created by the History Department at Wisconsin Lutheran College, under the direction of Dr. Glen L. Thompson.

I always find chronological tables helpful when studying an era. Just the Chronological Charts table has five links (two covering the Diocletian Persecution, two for the tetrarchy, and one for Imperial Laws and Letters).

Another favorite of mine is the Primary Texts section.

I agree with Dr. Thompson and his co-workers: not only is research fun ... sharing it is, too.
